Galileo

Galileo is a free finite element analysis software with an graphical user interface.

It aims for being as general as possible, while maintaining a user friendly approach.

Currently, Galileo is capable of performing modal, buckling, static, transient and dynamic analysis with both linear and non-linear options. The elements library includes many types of nonlinear behavior including inelastic material response and large displacements and rotations for mechanical analysis.
